Sheet Metal Fabricator (Former Employee) says

"This was a very stressful environment to work in. The moral in the shop was low, the attitudes of the management team was unprofessional and often effected their staff."

Staff Member (Current Employee) says

"If you are a professional in the mechanical construction business do not work here. there are serious issues with upper management and not fair to recommend to someone"

Plumbing & HVAC Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Big company with inefficiant work ideas, Guess what worth your prefab concept is a joke, I proved it to you when i worked for you but you just ignore good advise. Cons: dont expect to be employed long if your in a supervisors position."

NA (Former Employee) says

"Great job to balance work life and family, but the downside is that you are a disposable employee. Don't ever speak to the owner about moving up within the company, he'll lay you off the following day"

3rd year apprentice Plumbing/pipe fitting/HVAC (Former Employee) says

"Competitive , fast paste, hard to learn from the guys you worked with, no benefits, no paid days off, sick days, or vacation. Good pay. 8 hour days... Cons: No health care"

Superintendent (Current Employee) says

"Worth is a leader in the mechanical contracting industry. They tend to work well with other contractors and owners. They are growing in the private job area."

Customer Service Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says

"Productive and fun"

HVAC Service Technician (Former Employee) says

"Was good working here, you have your own work truck, you barely see the office and you get more accomplished. They understand that you have a life outside of work as well so the are very adaptive to situations. they don't work you to death Cons: not enough PTO"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time Cons: They are always changing policies so you have no time to get tuse to one thing. You always have to go through 5 or more people to get one thing complete. Knowone wants to responsibility for making a decision so things takes twice as long to become complete. The raises are non existent for employees who are deserving, this company is very cheap in that aspect. The Christmas party is HORRIBLY coordinated and planned."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Worth and Company full-time Cons: People hired for management roles that have no business being in the position, lack of experience, dont know how to run the shop(s). If you are related to someone in a high position in the company you have free range to do whatever you want. If you dont kiss serious butt on a daily basis and make good with all of management, they will make it their goal to make your life a living hell day after day, and if you manage to survive that they will make stories up in order to get you terminated. No regard for actual work ethic. They will easily make you their personal slave if you dont stand up for yourself. People with no experience who get hired tend to make more money then people who have been there multiple years."

Current Employee - Manufacturing says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Management steals from the company on a regular basis with off the books home projects and outside sales for cash that never get reported. Management positions do not required professional training or ethics."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Beware of the ever changing tides at this company. The owners "vision" is constantly changing to the point that it's scary. He's totally lost touch with reality and still runs this massive company as if its a small business with a handful of employees. Benefits are terrible as well."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time for less than a year Cons: They give you a salary job knowing you will need more hours to finish your job and never able to do that because the demands are far out of reach and wont hire proper and trained employees for each Department."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Worth and Company full-time Cons: This company is farcical mismanaged shell of its former self lacking in executive leadership and direction."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Poor leadership with inconsistent and often unreachable demands; spastic, constantly changing "vision"; revolving door of project managers; awful benefits package; unreliable and untrustworthy management. Every year it gets harder and harder to justify working here."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Worth and Company full-time Cons: Worst place to work. Should ask others about this company before committing. The "Best Place to Work" award was from a long time ago, when the CEO was not involved. Beware! Large turnover."

says

"I worked at Worth and Company Cons: Being told incorrect information at time of hire. IE, rate of pay, length and times of jobs. Being told you are going to make a certain wage starting out, than later finding out first pay check that the pay was considerably lower than what was agreed upon."

Former Employee - Administrative Support says

"I worked at Worth and Company full-time for more than 5 years Cons: People fear their work being scrutinized by the owner and are quick to throw unsuspecting co-workers to save themselves."

Azadun says

"Unbelievably inaccurate, 1000% inaccurate literally a complete waste of time, i have a website commonconverters.com ranked 100K on alexa and it says the estimated revenue per day is 147$, i wish it was, the thing is its zero none not even a penny that i could make, its not just the money, the estimated daily visits are WAY way! off, it says 10K daily visits wth? cloud flare says its getting from 100-165 daily visits, sh!t google analytics says its 5-15 visits, i do know you said it was "ESTIMATED" so it can't be 100% accurate but this doesn't justify the HUGE gap, it just doesn't. Response: automated not automated, still doesnt change that it is infact useless, it is without a single doubt utterly literally useless in every sense of the word, "don't expect anything 100% accurate"? YOU WEREN'T EVEN 1% ACCURATE!"

bb says

"Nothing special"

Hanan Tariq says

"I don't fault your effort but your estimation is way much exaggerated when compared to other estimators on the web. I hope you take the necessary measure and provide a better estimation value of the websites."
